Human Resources Manager
The City of Sunnyvale is recruiting for the division head level position of Human Resources Manager to provide leadership and direction for one or more major Human Resources functions, including Employee Benefits, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Training, Recruitment and Selection, Classification, Compensation, Administration, Workers' Compensation, Risk Management, and Safety. The Human Resources Manager will bring a dynamic, service-oriented and proactive approach to the City of Sunnyvale organization. The current vacancy is in the Employee Benefits division, which includes HRIS and benefits administration. Any future Human Resources Manager vacancies may be filled from the eligible lists that will be established as a result of this recruitment process.
The City of Sunnyvale provides an excellent benefits package, including 7% City-paid Employees PERS contribution and the 2.7% at 55 retirement plan.
